It may not be the prettiest picture and if you've just had your tea I apologise but this year I'm rocking a mo for Movember. In case you aren't aware Movember are a leading charity changing the face of men’s health. Since 2003, Movember has funded more than 1,250 men’s health projects around the world, challenging the status quo, shaking up men’s health research and transforming the way health services reach and support men. Whether it be suicide prevention, prostate cancer or testicular cancer, they are taking them all on.
Every November they encourage people to grow a moustache (if you can), move for mo, host a mo-ment or mo your own way. As you can tell, I've chosen the mo!!
