On Sunday morning MMC member Greg completed a mini triathlon at Blackwater Leisure Centre in aid of Prostate Cancer. The inside tri was specifically designed so that everyone could take part, a mile on the treadmill, 3.5miles on the bike and 8 lengths in the pool. WELL DONE Greg. We’re proud of you 😀 We‘ll get a team together for next year 👍
